Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- ’ Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- ’ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ’ Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- ’ Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including automotive lubricants, industrial lubricants, metal processing lubricants, and specialty applications.
- ’ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- ’ Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- ’ Experience: Proven sales experience in the lubricant industry or related sectors, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- ’ Education: SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- ’ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ’ Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- ’ Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
